We process and ship orders within 48 hours after payment is confirmed. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method you choose (standard or express). As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link so you can follow your package.
2. What if my order is delayed?
Sometimes carriers or customs cause delays beyond our control. If this happens, we’ll keep you updated and work with the carrier to get your order to you as soon as possible.
Yes! You can return most items within 14 days of delivery as long as they’re unused, in the original packaging, and with all tags/accessories included.
To start a return, email us at contact@s2yshop.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you the return instructions and address.
4. Who pays for the return shipping?
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we cover the return shipping cost. If you simply changed your mind or ordered the wrong item, you cover the return shipping cost.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is complete.
Yes — just let us know when you email about your return. If we have the item in stock, we’ll send the replacement as soon as we receive your return.
Take a photo of the issue and email us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
Some items, such as personalized or digital products, can’t be returned or refunded. If an item is non-returnable, it will be clearly stated on its product page.
